Muay Thai Kickboxing

Our Women’s Muay Thai program is built to empower, challenge, and transform. Whether you’re stepping onto the mats for the first time or sharpening your striking skills, you’ll find a supportive and motivating environment. Classes blend authentic Muay Thai training—powerful punches, kicks, elbows, and knees—with strength and conditioning to build total-body fitness.

Led by experienced coaches, this program is designed to help women develop confidence, self-defense skills, and athletic ability, while torching calories and relieving stress. Every session delivers a dynamic mix of technique, pad work, heavy bag drills, and conditioning circuits.

Strength and Conditioning

Our Women’s Strength & Conditioning program is designed by women, for women—blending serious training with a supportive, motivating atmosphere. Classes focus on building lean muscle, boosting endurance, and developing functional strength that carries into everyday life.

You’ll train with proven methods: powerlifting fundamentals (squat, bench, deadlift), explosive movements, circuit-based conditioning, and mobility work. Each session combines barbell and kettlebell lifts, bodyweight training, and high-intensity intervals to deliver results you can see and feel.
